Final order amount including shipping will be communicated
when your order is placed. Currently, we are only able to ship
online orders via UPS Ground within the contiguous 48 States.
Orders will be shipped within 4 business days. Expedited shipments, or shipments to areas outside the contiguous 48

Returned Goods
Stock products of current designs and less than 6 months old based
on Placon's shipping date in original unopened containers are
eligible for return. Make to order, embossed or custom products are
not eligible for return. A minimum of 5 cases of each part number is
required. Credit will be subject to inspection and approval by
Placon, less a 20% restocking charge. The customer is responsible
for all shipping charges on returned products. No materials will be
accepted without Placon's prior approval of shipment. Goods not
approved for returns will be shipped freight collect to the customer
or disposed of at the customer's request.
Claims
Claims for goods, which are damaged in-transit, MUST be filed upon
receipt with the carrier. Claims for errors and shortages MUST be
filed with Placon Corporation within 5 business days of receipt of
shipment and must be noted upon the carriers’ bill of lading.
Force Majeure
Placon shall not be liable for any loss, damage, delays, changes in
shipment schedules or failure to deliver caused by accident, strike,
fire, riot, civil commotion, insurrection, war, weather, embargo,
inability to obtain transport, government requirements, acts of God
or other activities beyond Placon’s control.
Fitness For Use
Placon does not warrant or guarantee express or implied any
product’s fitness for use. It is the sole responsibility of the
purchaser to determine fitness for use.
Warranties and Disclaimers
All products are sold with the understanding that before placing an
order, the buyer will examine and test samples of the product to be
furnished by Placon Corporation and determine for themselves whether
they meet the requirements of the buyer. Placon products are
warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship at the
time sold by Placon, but our obligation under this warranty is
limited only to replacement of product.
