EcoStar™ packaging is available in all three of our main markets including retail, food and medical.

EcoStar™ PC50

RPET with 50% post-consumer content guaranteed. Exceeds California Rigid Plastic Packaging Container Act. Up to 85% total recycled content (post-consumer + post-industrial). Retail friendly, absolute clarity, high impact strength. In addition to retail applications, PC50 allows medical companies an environmental solution.  The PC50 material is designed for secondary packaging for medical products, where the primary package provides sterility. Typical applications include clamshells, in-process trays, vial accountability trays, and glucose meter packaging. EcoStar™ HS1000

Co-Extruded RPET with 35% post-consumer content guaranteed. Heat-sealable in most applications. Requires no new equipment for sealing and processing in most retail applications. Superior heat sealing characteristics increase output and provide up to a 10% energy savings when compared to PVC.

EcoStar™ Food Grade

Co-Extruded RPET with 35% post-consumer content. The multi-layer sheet has a virgin material outer layer for food contact and an inner layer of recycled content. The material provides retailers with a viable environmental solution while showcasing a wide variety of deli food, bakery items and fresh produce.
