Placon will work with your company to "right size" your package by reducing the required package size. The proper scale of package to packaged goods is our goal. We will also work with your company to overcome any issues that may result from a smaller package including pilferage and less graphic area.
Small products are often packaged in a larger package to prevent pilferage. One way to solve this problem is to incorporate RFID (Radio Frequency Identification Tags) on or in the product or packaging. For high impact graphics that can maximize a smaller shelf space, Placon offers pre-printing on the material before it is formed. After the package is formed, the graphics are on the package reducing or eliminating the need and cost for internal graphics. Less layers of packaging allow more space for actual product and reduce overall waste. Our in-house design team works directly with clients to achieve marketing goals and customer education on all the products within the tightest foot prints possible.
