New Anti-Fog Lids for Recycled PET Containers Gives Cold Deli Foods Clear Shelf Impact

Placon’s new anti-fog technology helps minimize lid condensation formation, providing excellent product visibility in cold food merchandising displays. Typically, fogging in food packaging applications occurs when products such as salsas, salads and other high moisture content foods are merchandised or stored in a cooler environment such as a cold display case. Placon’s crystal-clear, anti-fog lids are specifically engineered to bead moisture build-up, allowing consumers to easily view the container’s contents.
