An innovative alternative to foam and vinyl protective packaging, our BargerGard non-abrasive TPU material protects delicate porous, sharp and blunt medical components and instruments including catheters, needs, screws and drills from damage. Available in custom sizes or in 5 stock gauges from .005” to .055”, the flexible material can be formed and finished as custom-molded cases, pouches, envelopes and void fill protective packaging. All of our BargerGard products are manufactured, inspected and packed in our ISO 13485 Class 8 clean rooms in Elkhart, IN.
